😎 Harvest Homes Just Got a Little Edgier 😎

Move over, tough guys — our residents got INKED last week! (Relax, Grandma... it's temporary.) 😉

We broke out the temporary tattoos and let everyone pick their favorite designs, and let's just say we've got some seriously stylish rebels roaming the halls now. Flowers, snakes, roses, the occasional skull — nothing was off limits!

Turns out you're never too young (or too seasoned 😏) to rock a little ink. Staff may or may not have gotten a few tattoos of their own... we'll never tell. 🤐

Nothing beats a day on the Oregon Coast! 🌊🐚

Our residents and team recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to the beach, complete with fresh ocean air, beautiful coastal views, and a visit to the aquarium. From watching marine life up close to sharing laughs along the shoreline, the day was filled with curiosity, connection, and plenty of smiles.

These outings are about more than just getting out of the community—they create opportunities to explore, reminisce, make new memories, and enjoy meaningful experiences together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this adventure such a special day!

Great communities are built by great teams.
This week, members of our Culinary and Maintenance teams attended 2 Oregon Health Care Association events to learn, explore new ideas, and bring back fresh inspiration. From innovative products to practical solutions, every opportunity to grow helps us better serve our residents and communities.
We believe investing in our people is one of the most important investments we can make. We're excited to see these new ideas come to life in the months ahead.

We celebrated Earth Day by planting marigolds and getting our raised garden beds started 🌱

Residents dug into the soil, planted by hand, and helped bring new life to our garden spaces. Gardening offers so much more than a finished product—the feel of the soil, the scent of the flowers, and the bright colors all support sensory engagement and create a calming, meaningful experience.

A great day of fresh air, movement, and connection to the season ahead.

What a joyful day filled with egg decorating masterpieces, bunny ears as far as the eye could see, and an egg hunt full of laughter and surprises! 🥚✨

The Easter Bunny made a special visit and left behind baskets full of chocolates and sweet treats—such a fun surprise for everyone! 🍫🧺

Days like this are what it’s all about—connection, creativity, and a little bit of magic. 💛

There’s something truly magical when generations come together.

This week, our residents and local preschool students shared time creating art side by side—and the joy in the room said it all. Little hands and wise hands working together, sharing colors, stories, laughter, and a whole lot of heart.

For our residents, these moments spark connection, purpose, and pure delight. For the children, it’s a chance to build relationships, learn patience, and experience the beauty of slowing down and creating with intention.

Different ages, different life stories… but in that moment, they were simply artists together.

This is what belonging looks like.

We had a little extra magic around here for St. Patrick's Day… 🍀

Rumor has it a mischievous group of leprechauns stopped by—leaving behind a trail of green treats, laughter, and a whole lot of shenanigans! From festive bites to some very suspiciously cheerful “staff sightings,” it’s safe to say we were feeling the luck of the Irish all day long.
