Check out this 5 star Google Reviews review by Teacher Assistant 302: With so many negative reviews I felt compelled to offer my perspective. I am mandated by my employer to use this clinic, and have been coming at least once, but usually twice a year for the past 3 years. Of course I want to walk in and be seen immediately, but this is a busy clinic that sees most of its clientele on a walk-in basis. This must make it difficult to always have an ideal number of providers--some days must be slow, too. Also, there seems to be a lot going on with other patients that I am not aware of that keeps the providers busy (no one was sitting around drinking coffee). So, yes, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a simple test, and I waited an hour, but I have figured out that if I have to come to this clinic because my employer says I do, then I budget my time to allow at least 2 hours to deal with whatever issue I have. The front desk staff has always been helpful and courteous. The medical assistants have always been pleasant and helpful. The clinic goes out of its way to make sure there is a nice beverage station, and when the waiting room is full (we know it will not be a 30 minute wait for anyone) the staff have offered snacks and additional cold beverages. It seems that the staff and providers are making a genuine effort to ease the pain of having to be in a situation that is not anyone's idea of a good time.
