“Facelift prices are a joke. I’m going overseas when the time comes.”

Honestly, I understand both sides.
For some people, traveling abroad is the only realistic way they’ll ever be able to afford a facelift.
And that’s not a trivial thing.
Looking better can impact confidence, dating, social interactions, career opportunities, and how you feel every time you look in the mirror.
If the choice is between having a procedure overseas or never having access to it at all, I understand why many people choose to travel.
It’s one of the reasons I’m spending much of June in Korea and other parts of Asia. There is incredible innovation, talented physicians, and often a lower cost structure than we see in the United States.
The real issue isn’t geography.
The real issue is doing your homework.
There are amazing surgeons in the United States.
There are amazing surgeons overseas.
And there are bad outcomes everywhere.
The mistake is choosing based on price alone.
A facelift isn’t a commodity.
It’s your face.
Research the surgeon. Look at years of results, not just a few Instagram photos. Ask who handles complications. Ask what follow-up looks like. Ask what happens if you need a revision.
Sometimes traveling abroad can be a fantastic decision.
Sometimes it can become a very expensive shortcut.
The goal isn’t finding the cheapest facelift.
The goal is finding the right surgeon, at a price you can realistically afford, with a plan for long-term care.
I’d rather see someone get a great facelift in another country than spend years wishing they had done something but never being able to afford it.

What are your thoughts? Would you travel overseas for a facelift?

“I’d be shooting sh*t up in places I didn’t even know I had.”
That one line pretty much sums up the peptide craze right now.
Peptides have exploded across social media. Weight loss. Muscle gain. Recovery. Sleep. Longevity. Skin. Energy. There’s a peptide for almost everything.

But here’s the question nobody seems to be asking:
Just because something is trending...does that mean it’s a good idea?

Some peptides have legitimate research behind them. Others are being promoted faster than they’re being studied. Add in online pharmacies, underground sources, dosing confusion, and self-experimentation, and it starts looking a little like the Wild West.

I’m fascinated by the science. But I’m equally fascinated by how quickly people are willing to inject something because a podcast, influencer, or biohacker told them to.

Curiosity is good.
Blind enthusiasm is not.
What peptide trend are you hearing about the most right now?

✨ Barry Manilow, 82: “I look fantastic!” ✨
The music icon’s facelift speculation is sparking big debate on plastic surgery for older adults.

While his confidence shines, it’s a reminder: slower healing, anesthesia risks & health matter most at any age.

Aging gracefully — your way, done safely. That’s the magic 🪄
Your Thoughts?
At what age should you stop caring?

👀 Can too much cardio actually make your face sag faster?!

Most people think wrinkles are the first sign of aging… but in my clinic, I see something else first: loss of facial structure.

Here is one game-changing fix 👇
1. Train the big structural muscles (glutes, quads & back)

What’s your favorite exercise tip that you do to build your muscles? I want to learn and I want to hear from you!

Facial exercises vs. Botox — which one actually makes sense long-term?

A great question from a follower who’s been doing facial exercises for 10 years: “Why would I want to paralyze my muscles?”

Great question! Botox (and other neuromodulators) work by temporarily paralyzing muscles to smooth lines. But facial exercises do the opposite — they build and strengthen your facial muscles.

Here’s why that matters:
✅ Muscles pull on bone → supports facial bone density (key for a youthful structure)
✅ Muscles add natural volume → that “filter face” look we all love
Instead of freezing your face, consider building it up with facial exercises, red light therapy, gua sha, and vibration tools.
What’s your take — team facial exercises or team Botox? Or both? Drop your thoughts below 👇

Hope you’re having a beautiful Sunday on this long holiday weekend! ☀️
Just got off the water after a solid wing foiling session and now I’m being properly lazy with my favorite snail mucin Korean sheet mask. Felt like the perfect time to reshare this fun mask idea with you all.
I love seeing what everyone is into right now — skincare, recovery, self-care, whatever it is. Drop your current favorite mask or recovery ritual below👇 Has anyone else tried the snail mucin ones? Curious what you think!

Loose neck skin, crepey texture, bands, and sagging are NOT just about age. Comment BESTNECK 👇 and I’ll send you my exact 2-step neck routine designed to tighten, smooth, and support the neck at home.

Most people over-treat the neck trying to “shrink” it...while the real goal is collagen support, skin quality, and preserving structure. This is the same strategy I use after 25 years in aesthetics.

Get the full protocol, timing, and how to combine the 2 steps correctly. Comment BESTNECK below and I’ll send it directly to you.

People said there was “no data” on red light therapy too…until there was.
Gua sha has hundreds of years of real-world use behind it, and now we’re finally starting to understand some of the mechanisms: circulation, lymphatic movement, fascia mobility, muscle relaxation, tissue glide, swelling reduction, and even nervous system effects.
Not everything beneficial starts with a billion-dollar randomized trial. Sometimes medicine observes outcomes first…then science catches up later.
Also important: gua sha is not a facelift. It’s a daily tissue health habit — like stretching, massage, exercise, or lymphatic work for the face.
And honestly, one of the biggest mistakes in aesthetics is pretending the only things that matter are injectables and surgery while ignoring circulation, inflammation, edema, muscle tension, skin movement, and tissue quality.
You can literally watch puffiness reduce in real time in many people. That is observable physiology, not magic.
Could we use more studies? Absolutely. But “not enough data yet” and “there is no effect” are not the same thing.

Peptides, skin priming and microdosing are rapidly changing the conversation around aging, skin quality, recovery, muscle, facial structure and longevity after 40.
WHY NOT YOU ?!
But most people are still focused on the wrong things.

The old “freeze and fill” era is evolving into a much bigger conversation around collagen support, recovery, facial fat preservation, skin quality, inflammation, muscle, hormones and long-term aging strategies.

In this livestream we discuss:
• peptide microdosing
• skin priming before weight loss, lasers, RF and procedures
• collagen and skin quality
• facial structure and aging
• GLP-1 facial aging concerns
• muscle, recovery and hormones
• skin quality vs volume
• what’s hype and what actually matters
• how skincare, devices and lifestyle all work together

The aesthetics industry is shifting FAST.
Many people are still treating symptoms while ignoring the foundation of how the face and body age.

This is a much bigger conversation than wrinkles.
