Conveniently located in the State Theater building in Portland, we are a small, easy-going group of knowledgeable and skilled substance use disorder counselors/evaluation and treatment specialists committed to helping you or your family member address any substance use related challenges. We also understand the impact substance use disorders has on family and friends. At Top of the Hill we also provide counseling for “affected others” to help them navigate thru the impacts their loved ones substance use has had on them and the family system.

Enrolling in the Text alerts is SIMPLE! I signed up on June 29th and have received 3 alerts so far for Cumberland County (07/01/21, 07/05/21 and 07/21/21).

A pilot program started by the state will let anyone with a cellphone receive free text messages alerting them to an increase in overdoses in their area and the potential that a deadly batch of drugs is on the market.
