If you're not sure who you are right now, start here.

Grab a notebook and answer:
→ What did I used to love that I stopped making time for?
→ What would I do differently if no one was watching?
→ What does ""enough"" actually look like for me?

Identity isn't lost—it's just waiting to be asked about.

Try this and let me know what surprised you.

Waking up at 3am for no reason isn't random. It's hormonal.

Declining progesterone directly affects sleep architecture, not just "getting older."

Swipe through what's happening and 3 evidence-based strategies that actually move the needle.

This isn't in your head. It's neurochemistry.

What time does your 3am wake-up usually hit? Curious how common this is.

You don't need a perfect nighttime routine. You need three questions.

Before bed tonight, ask yourself:
→ What went well today?
→ What am I still carrying that isn't mine to carry?
→ What's one thing I can let go of before I sleep?

This isn't about clearing your mind completely, that's not realistic. It's about noticing what's actually yours to hold.

Try it tonight. Screenshot this as a reminder.

What does "summer boundaries" actually mean to you right now?

Maybe it's not answering work Slack after 6pm. Maybe it's skipping the third social event of the weekend. Maybe it's saying "I'm not available" without an explanation attached.

Boundaries aren't walls, they're information about what you need to stay well.

Drop yours below. Let's build a list together.

Sometimes the hardest part of resting isn't finding the time, it's allowing yourself to actually slow down.

If you've been under chronic stress for weeks, months, or even years, your nervous system learns to stay on high alert. That means when life finally quiets down, your brain doesn't automatically switch into relaxation mode.

Research on chronic stress shows prolonged activation of the body's stress response can make it difficult to feel calm, even in safe environments. Your body has adapted to survival, not because something is wrong with you, but because it's trying to protect you.

If resting feels uncomfortable, that doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.

It simply means your nervous system may need time to relearn what safety feels like.

Start small:
✨ Sit outside for five minutes.
✨ Take one slow breath before checking your phone.
✨ Let yourself pause without trying to "earn" it.

Healing isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about teaching your body that it no longer has to stay in survival mode.

💬 Have you ever noticed that slowing down can actually feel uncomfortable?

Let us know below, you might be surprised how many people relate.

Before jumping into a new month, give yourself a moment to reflect.

Growth isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about noticing what you've learned, celebrating the boundaries you've honored, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Take a few quiet minutes to check in with yourself:

✨ What did July teach you?
✨ What boundary served you well?
✨ What do you want to carry into August?

Every small step counts.

Therapy isn't about "fixing" you, because you aren't broken.

It's a space to slow down, understand your thoughts and emotions, process difficult experiences, and learn healthier ways to cope with life's challenges.

Healing isn't about becoming perfect. It's about feeling more connected to yourself, your values, and the life you want to create.

💛 Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about supporting who you already are.

Many women have been taught to keep going, carry more, and figure it out on their own.

But healing often begins the moment we realize we don't have to do everything alone.

Reaching out for support isn't a sign of weakness, it's an act of courage and self-compassion.

💜 You deserve support, too.

Forgetting words? Losing your train of thought? Brain fog can happen for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and hormonal changes. Compassion is often more helpful than criticism. 💛

If you've been wondering, *""Why don't I feel like myself anymore?""*, you're not alone.

Midlife and perimenopause can bring changes that affect your mood, stress, sleep, energy, and emotional wellbeing. These experiences are real, and they deserve understanding, not judgment.

The more we talk about women's mental health, the more we realize how many of us share this journey.

💛 What has surprised you most about this season of life?
