The Hope Connection is offering a 5 week parenting/caregiver seminar/group utilizing Dan Siegal's Strategies from his amazing book The Whole Brain Child. If you have a child under 12 and are struggling with how to navigate challenges of parenting, this group is for you.

When: Thursdays starting January 18th and runs through February 15th

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

Where: The Hope Connection 5319 SW Westgate Drive, suite 113 Portland, OR 97221

The Hope Connection will be offering a Safe Space LGBTQ+ collaborative processing group for teens and their caregivers. Please share this with anyone you feel could benefit.

When: It will run for 6 weeks, and will be on Friday evenings starting January 27th
Time: 6:30-8pm.
Cost: $45/session- sliding scale and scholarship options available

The Hope Connection will be offering an Anger Management group starting in January of 2023.
This 5- week in person Saturday group offers an opportunity for participants to work on conflict resolution, healthy emotion expression, self-control, reality-based responding and do much more.

When: Saturdays- January 14th-February 11th
Where: The Hope Connection- 2855 Hayes Street, suite 201 Newberg
Time: 10am-1pm
Cost: $125 for 5 groups

The Hope Connection team is ready to join the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Walks on May 22nd. Please take a minute to consider donating whatever you can to this organization. Our team goal is $1,000 and my individual goal is $250 and it goes to developing and implementing much needed mental health services throughout Oregon. Thanks in advance for your support.
