💛 Alumni Spotlight: Where Are They Now?

For East West alumna Anne Nutwell, LMT, the journey has come full circle. ✨

Anne came to East West looking for work that felt more active, connected, and meaningful. After graduating in 2015, she built a career that included spa settings, holistic foot treatments, manual lymphatic drainage, and continuing education. 👐

Eventually, that journey brought her back to East West — this time as part of our team. 💛

Today, Anne works at East West College in Alumni Services, supporting students and alumni as they navigate what comes next — from MBLEx prep and licensing to resumes, job searches, employment questions, and starting a practice. 🎓➡️👐

Anne’s story is a wonderful example of the many directions a massage career can take — and how the East West community continues well beyond graduation.

Of course there’s anatomy 🦴, technique 👐, and plenty of hands-on practice — but somewhere along the way, students are learning a whole lot more.

To the LMTs who’ve been there before — your perspective matters.

The first months (and years) after massage school can bring a lot of growth, questions, and unexpected lessons. Sometimes the advice that sticks with us most comes from someone who’s already walked the path.
