I have mixed feelings about AI.
I don’t think it can replace experience, craftsmanship, or expertise, But when my contractor walked away from this project, I suddenly found myself wearing every hat imaginable... owner, project manager, permit coordinator, materials researcher, and student of commercial building codes.
I’ve had to learn the language of permits, inspections, accessibility requirements, fire codes, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical…the list seems to stretch on forever.
And yet, through all of it, AI has become an unexpectedly helpful tool. It’s helped me organize the chaos, ask better questions, understand unfamiliar ideas, save big bucks and even begin to picture what’s possible before spending those big bucks to bring it to life.
So here’s what my AI friend thinks the WellHouse is going to look like.
Now let’s see how close we can get to making it a reality.
