Happy Fall!

Tis the season to shed, to let go. It's the season to prepare for all that needs to be done for new growth. Look around and take note from the flowers and the trees. Some of us need to trim back, some of us need to shed, and some of us need a little protection to get us thru, but new growth awaits.

As you dawn the sweaters, make the soup, get out the halloween or holiday decor, also take the time to think about what your body and soul need for growth. How can you prepare yourself for a new season? And then give us a call to let us help you get there. Body work, nutrition, supplements, and gentle care of you are our specialty.

In honor of Women's History Month. We will be taking DONATIONS at the clinic all month long of new feminine products (tampons, pads, wipes, etc) to donate to the Women's Shelter

We loved having Ayla intern with Dr. Brenda and Dr. Jenna this fall. Patients loved her and she was a great addition to Connect. Fall is upon us. Now is the time to do a few things to take care of you and prepare for year end.

1) Check your health care benefits and FSA. If you have visits to use or money that is "use it or lose it," call to schedule. We typically get busy toward year end, so now is a good time to book.

2) Know when your open enrollment for changing insurance happens (typically in the fall) and make any adjustments. Feel free to ask us if we plan on changing which insurances we're contacted with or our opinions.

3) Always make time to take care of you.
