🏀 The love for basketball starts with FUN! ❤️

Imagine the excitement of running out of the tunnel, the music pumping, teammates cheering, and the feeling of being part of something special!

At Flash League, we believe early basketball development should be about more than learning to dribble, pass, and shoot. It’s about building confidence, making friends, learning teamwork, and creating memories that make kids fall in love with the game.

🔥 Big energy. Big smiles. Big memories.

🏀 Come experience why we believe Flash League is the BEST recreational basketball league in PDX!

🏀 EVERY PLAYER DESERVES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY CAN GROW AND THRIVE.

Sometimes the basketball journey doesn’t go quite as planned. Maybe it’s a disappointing tryout, an unexpected team placement, or simply the feeling that a different environment might be a better fit.

Whatever the circumstances, one thing remains true: a young player’s potential is still unfolding.

Kids develop at different rates, and the right combination of teaching, encouragement, challenges, and opportunity can make all the difference.

At Oregon Flash Basketball, we believe in meeting players where they are, building confidence and basketball IQ, and helping them discover what’s possible while keeping their love for the game alive.

Different paths. Different timelines. Endless opportunities to grow. ❤️🏀

If your school doesn’t have a fall program—or you’re simply looking for another opportunity to play, compete, develop, and get better—Oregon Flash has a place for you this fall.

This week, our 14U Oregon Flash Girls team, along with family and friends, is trading the basketball court for a different kind of teamwork. 🇨🇷🏀❤️

We’re in Costa Rica partnering with Courts for Kids on a service project to help build a basketball court for an underprivileged community.

At Oregon Flash, we believe basketball is about more than wins, losses, and what happens between the lines. Our mission is to use the game to develop character, build relationships, serve others, and help young people grow into leaders—on and off the court.

This week is an opportunity for our players to put those values into action: working hard, experiencing a different culture, serving alongside the local community, and hopefully creating something that will bring kids together for years to come.

We’re incredibly excited to share the experience with you.

🌎 Follow along throughout the week for updates from Costa Rica!
