Have you been told Ashtanga is “too hard”?
These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner returning to the mat.
Using a unique, supportive “stations” approach, the Ashtanga Primary Series is made accessible for every body. Chairs, walls, blocks, and props are thoughtfully incorporated, allowing you to choose the level of support that works best for you. You are encouraged to practice in a way that honors your body—you can do you.
Each class explores elements of the Primary Series—sun salutations, standing, seated, and closing postures—taught with intention and individualized guidance within a group setting.
Classes include:
• Asana (postures)
• Pranayama (breathwork)
• Pratyahara (meditative awareness)
• Sanskrit chanting (opening and closing mantras)
You’ll experience a blend of guided instruction, skill-building drills, and Mysore-style practice—where each student receives personalized support while practicing at their own pace.
This is Ashtanga reimagined—grounded in tradition, yet expansive, inclusive, and alive.
