PIE IN THE FACE… BOSS EDITION!

Let’s just say our employees were a little TOO excited for this part of our Company Picnic! Our bosses bravely stepped up, but judging by the smiles, laughter, and enthusiastic pie tosses, some employees may have been waiting for this moment for a LONG time!

All jokes aside, it was a fun way to bring everyone together, share some laughs, and remind us that even our leaders can take one for the team!

Thanks to our bosses for being such good sports and to our employees for bringing the energy! We’re still wondering who enjoyed it more the ones holding the pies or the ones taking the pictures!

🎃🍂 Pumpkin Spice & a Little Friendly Competition! 🍂🎃

Our Coastal Plains Integrated Health Company Picnic brought out everyone’s creative side with our pumpkin decorating contest! From festive fall designs to imaginative creations, our staff showed off their creativity, and Halloween spirit.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our picnic extra fun! We love seeing our CPIH team come together, share some laughs, and make memories outside of the workplace. 💙

Our Coastal Plains Integrated Health Company Picnic wasn’t just about games and good times, it was also a chance for our clinics and offices to show off their creativity!

Each location brought its own personality, teamwork, and pride to our Company Picnic Banner Competition, creating unique banners that represented their teams and the spirit of Coastal Plains. From creative designs to meaningful messages, every banner showcased the amazing people who make our organization special!

🎉 Good times, great teamwork, and a little pie in the face! 🎉

Coastal Plains Integrated Health celebrated our annual Company Picnic, which fell on Boss’s Day! It was a day filled with laughter, team spirit, and plenty of fun as employees from across our organization took a break from their daily routines to connect with coworkers they may not get to see every day.

From exciting games of Loteria and dart ball to horseshoes, basketball free throws, and a lively relay race, there was no shortage of friendly competition! Everyone enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch, showed off their creativity during the costume contest, and represented their teams with pride in our Coastal Plains banner competition.

We also celebrated our outstanding team members with Customer Service Awards, recognizing their dedication and commitment to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

And since it was Boss’s Day, we couldn’t let the occasion pass without a little extra fun! Our celebration ended with the much-anticipated pie in the face event, giving everyone plenty of laughs and a memorable way to celebrate our leaders!

Days like these remind us that Coastal Plains is more than a workplace, it’s a team built on connection, collaboration, and caring for one another.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our annual company picnic such a memorable day! We’re grateful for our incredible employees and the heart they bring to Coastal Plains every day.

🎉 Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary, Pam Sibley! 🎉

Join us in celebrating Pam’s 5 years with Coastal Plains Integrated Health!

As an IDD Provider Monitor, Pam supports TXHML and HCS clients, working alongside individuals and their families to meet their needs and promote independence.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and two pug babies, and meeting with her monthly book club! Her book club also enjoys crafting and exploring new coffee shops throughout the Coastal Bend.

Thank you, Pam, for five years of dedication and for making a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve! We’re lucky to have you on our team!
