So grateful to get to live in such a beautiful part of the country where we have access to such amazing natural spaces! Getting out into nature is a HUGE part of my self care. Allowing myself to disconnect from my daily stressors for a bit and reconnect with the earth. It allows me to come back to the “real world” a bit more grounded and refreshed and ready to get back in the groove. Where do you go to get refreshed and grounded?

First garden haul of the season. Romaine, iceberg, kale, arugula, spinach, radishes, and 1 fat cucumber. Tomatoes are getting ready to pop and all of the other squashes are getting bigger so looking forward to the next harvest! Now I’m not particularly good at gardening, but I do find it peaceful to nurture and spend time with the plants and watch as they change and grow. It’s a lesson in patience for sure. And a chance to to ground myself and connect with nature and the earth. It’s nice to stop time for a moment. What are you nurturing in your garden?
