For two decades, you’ve trusted us with your care, introduced us to your families, and helped Pure Life Clinic grow. Now it’s time to celebrate together!

Join Dr. Melanie, Dr. Jason, and the Pure Life team for a lunchtime open house with food, raffle prizes, giveaways, a photo booth, spine screens, posture evaluations, and acupuncture demos. The Chamber of Commerce will also join us for a ribbon cutting!

Happy 20th anniversary to us!

On this day, 20 years ago, Pure Life Clinic opened its doors to the Portland community.

Dr. Melanie Brown and Dr. Jason Brown worked to create a wellness clinic committed to provide comprehensive individualized services that address both immediate concerns and underlying barriers to optimal health. Fast forward 20 years later, they’re still doing just that.

Our other clinic, Mountain Life Clinic also recently hit a milestone. Happy 5 years MLC! 🎉

Keep an eye out for our upcoming celebration—staff and patients together—to spread the joy of this amazing accomplishment!

What does acupuncture feel like?

A lot of people don’t know what to expect in an acupuncture treatment, and can be hesitant when it comes to the needles.

Dr. Kenyon shows what a typical acupuncture needle looks like and describes common sensations a patient may experience. She says acupuncture “should not hurt.”

Call Pure Life Clinic today to learn more about acupuncture!

We spend (or should spend) around 8 hours sleeping a night. That’s a lot of time spent in a position!

Thats why it’s so important to sleep with spinal alignment in mind.

In our final part of our Spinal Curves series, Dr. Melanie teaches us ways to maintain healthy curves while we’re sleeping. The main takeaway—keep your nose in line with your navel!

See the comment below or go to the link in our bio to see some pillows and other items Dr. Melanie recommends to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle!
