Where the hell is the food? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I want to offer you some transparency about my process and boundaries when it comes to my sacred space, the kitchen.

Cooking has been and will always be my love language. When some thing as sacred as a language becomes abused, stolen or redefined and not on your own terms, your natural response maybe to protect whatever little bit is left.

When you create out of necessity and not out of passion, that medium loses value.

Food has been apart of many aspects of my life from the joys to the pains. Food taught me patience, survival, and gratitude. Making something out of nothing is my specialty.

Love infused prepared meals for others sat cold. Recipes and ideas around my work were stolen, without any credit given in return. Respectfully…I create for myself, I just so happen to share it with you.

I’m in a space of RECLAIMING what is mine, this looks like redefining my relationship in regards to food. The is WHOLE FOOD. This is VIBRATIONAL cooking personified.

🙌🏾 My first hired chef event since the whole plandemic shift was nothing short of an healing experience, a flex of using my gifts and displaying my growth for sure. I adore intimate experiences like this. 🥰

I was chosen to create an amazing elevated vegan brunch experience for my clients visiting from out of town recently. They hired me to execute an private elevated vegan brunch for 2 on location at their AirBnB. (Luckily, this AirBnB had most of what I needed to execute to the cooking) 😅
This was their first time spending individual time together since having a baby. Honoring this postpartum time was essential and on the forefront of my planning.

My menus/elevated experiences are customized per the guest needs & wants, but it’s the surprise details that truly allow me to step into sharing my full spectrum of gifts that truly makes me love what I do. That level of understanding only comes from certain life experiences.

Across the brunch and pre-roll pairing experience, I incorporated activities to honor their sacred union. These activities allowed the space to release stagnant energies that delayed their progression as a union and allowed them to affirm each other for future times to come. See activities…

I need your help passing the HB 3112 bill.

The Oregon Cannabis Equity Act provides equal opportunity for Black, Indigenous, and Latinx ownership in the growing cannabis industry and invests in communities disproportionately impacted by overpolicing and cannabis criminalization.

HB 3112 would allow for the direct investment of a portion of our cannabis tax revenues for housing, health care, and educational needs into these communities as we commit to restoring essential rights and privileges to those who have been stripped simply due to cannabis criminalization.

HB 3112 would provide an automatic and free path to expungement for some 28,000 Oregonians, allowing them access to loans, better opportunities for jobs, and an ability to begin to build the generational wealth that has been stripped and denied them.

HB 3112 would provide an expedited path and opportunities to cannabis business ownership for Black, LatinX and Indigenous Oregonians.

And all this can be done without raising taxes by utilizing a portion of the cannabis tax revenues that continue to grow.

It’s the season for self healing 🎶 Fa la la laAahh la la la laaahhh 🎶

Hi, I am Megon Dee. I am the founder of which is built on self-care and what a good wellness ritual could look like using optimal plant derived ingredients. For many years I did not consider what my needs were, nor was given to space to do so. I made some life changing decisions and gave myself permission to heal and authentically love myself. Once I realized that I was not operating at my highest potential I began putting my needs first. As an empath, I love to attract broken energies and attempt to heal them. This act of servitude has proven to be draining and harmful for me due to not understanding boundaries and putting them into action. Oracle Wellness Co. is my way of helping people without exhausting my boundaries while fulfilling my need to heal and mend others safely.

I start my day with gratitude for awakening to another day. Another day where I get to work within my purpose. I practice Nichiren Buddhism and meditate for 30 mins. (Queue Tina Turner chanting)
This allows me to access my higher self and seek guidance. I use my own products depending on my wellness needs for that day which include my CBD spray formula 005 or CBD tincture formula 003. Both formulas are for day time use. I read, write and or listen to an informative podcast. Check@in with myself fully. I move my body by walking, jogging yoga or biking is ideal. Drink water and consume my herbal blend of earth. Balance is the goal when activating my wellness ritual. I’m creating the same opportunity for those seeking balance in their self care and wellness ritual. Blessings and gratitude ✨🙏🏾✨
