Long before we can explain what we’re feeling, our body is already responding- scanning for safety, connection, stress, or rest. Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, this 4-week experiential series offers space to better understand the patterns of activation, shutdown, and connection that shape our daily lives.
Inspired by the book Anchored: How to Befriend Your Nervous System Using Polyvagal Theory, each class will weave together:

✨ gentle yoga & movement
✨ breathwork
✨ meditation
✨ creative reflection
Together, we’ll explore practices that support regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
