First and foremost, thank you! All of us at LTST want to sincerely thank you for your support, encouragement and commitment. You have worked to help support your child’s speech, language and literacy needs through our transition to this online platform and I am profoundly grateful.

I want to work together as we look ahead and move forward. To that end, will you share with us your thoughts and ideas? If you are like me, you are inundated with surveys so I want to make this truly quick while providing an opportunity to learn from you. If you would be willing to answer these anonymous questions and provide additional information only if you wish, we will have a better idea of what worked during this time of tele-health, what did not work, what you would change, and what your comfort level is upon potentially returning to an office, in-home or other setting and any other insights you are willing to share.

I also want to assure you that since the beginning, we have been working to ensure our return to in-person sessions will be as safe as possible. There will undoubtedly be many changes and I am more than happy to outline what we have already put in place. For the sake of simplicity though, I will save that for individual discussions and a separate letter as we move closer to those changes.
