Meet Our Director of Nursing!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Nichole Collins to Director of Nursing for Life Connections across all states.

In her new leadership role, Nichole will provide guidance and support to our Nurse Consultants and Nurse Trainers, help ensure the consistent implementation of nursing best practices and regulatory guidelines, and strengthen clinical excellence throughout our organization.

Nichole will also oversee the development and operation of our new CARES - Clinical Response Team, our internal support team that works with our shared living and foster care programs to enhance the quality, consistency, and responsiveness of clinical supports across Life Connections.

In addition, Life Connections is proud to now offer nursing consultation and training services to agencies throughout New Hampshire. This important expansion of services will be led by Nichole and reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting providers with expert clinical guidance, regulatory compliance assistance, staff education, and high-quality nursing resources.

Nichole has demonstrated exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to the individuals we support. Her dedication to quality care, staff development, and person-centered services has made a lasting impact throughout the organization.

Our Maine Team swapped the office for a day on the water! 🚢🌊

They hopped on a ferry from Rockland Harbor to Vinalhaven to celebrate all their hard work and dedication. Along the way, they spotted dolphins, seals, and even a giant jellyfish! After exploring the island and enjoying lunch together, it was the perfect day to relax, connect, and make some great memories.
