On the 25th anniversary of September 11, we remember the lives lost and the families and communities forever changed by the events of that day.

We honor the courage and selflessness of the first responders who came to the aid of others, and all those who answered the call to serve in the days and years that followed.

Feeling "down" as the weather turns? Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression linked to seasonal changes.

Here is what to know:

Winter-pattern SAD: Most common; starts in late fall or early winter and clears up in spring.

Summer-pattern SAD: Less common; starts in spring or summer and lifts in the fall.

Key sign: Noticeable changes in how you feel, think, and handle daily life as daylight hours shift.

If seasonal changes affect your daily routine, talk to a doctor about ways to feel like yourself again.
