Little habits that can make a HUGE difference in your skin
You don’t need a 10-step routine to see healthier skin. Small, consistent habits add up over time!
🤍 Wear SPF every single day, even when it’s cloudy.
🤍 Wash your face before bed. Sleeping in makeup or sunscreen can lead to congestion and breakouts.
🤍 Moisturize daily to support a healthy skin barrier.
🤍 Exfoliate 1–3 times per week (based on your skin type) to remove dead skin buildup, but don’t overdo it.🤍 Change your pillowcase weekly to help reduce bacteria, oil, and product buildup.
🤍 Clean your makeup brushes regularly to prevent transferring dirt and bacteria back onto your skin.
🤍 Stay consistent. Healthy skin isn’t built overnight, it’s the result of good habits repeated over time.
