✨BIG NEWS for Opal & Jade Acupuncture and Wellness! ✨

There have been so many exciting changes happening lately, and I’m finally able to share them all!

🎓 First — I officially finished my doctorate!
I am so excited to officially be Dr. Allison Sargent, D.Ac., L.Ac. I graduated summa cm laude with a 4.0 GPA, and I’m incredibly proud to have reached this milestone. I’m looking forward to bringing everything I’ve learned into the care I provide for my patients and our community.

You can now spot us right off 12th Street in Portsmouth, Ohio! Seeing my business on a billboard is such a surreal moment. If you happen to drive by it, snap a picture and tag us!

🏡 And the BIGGEST news of all… OPAL & JADE HAS MOVED!

After growing the practice and seeing more and more patients, Opal & Jade Acupuncture and Wellness officially has a new home in Wheelersburg!

Our new location is:

I am so excited for this next chapter and to welcome everyone into the new space!

✨ Scheduling Update ✨

I am incredibly grateful for the continued support and trust you have shown Opal & Jade Acupuncture and Wellness!

At this time, my schedule is currently full with established patients, and I am booking new patient appointments into August. Because of this, online booking for new clients is temporarily unavailable.

Acupuncture works best with consistency, and many treatment plans require patients to be seen weekly, especially in the beginning stages of care. To ensure my current patients are able to continue their recommended treatment schedules and receive the best results possible, I am reserving availability for their follow-up visits.

If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please reach out to me directly and I would be happy to help find the next available appointment for you.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick update about payment options at the clinic.

At this time, I am not in-network with any insurance plans. While some insurance companies do offer acupuncture benefits, they typically only cover treatment for a limited number of specific conditions. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if your plan includes acupuncture benefits.

Currently, there are no insurance plans that cover treatment for alpha-gal through acupuncture.

For payments, I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA.
