We know life doesn’t stop when class starts, so cell phones are welcome in the studio.. we just ask that they don’t interrupt your practice or someone else’s.

Please keep your phone on silent during class.

• No texting during class.
• Please do not answer phone calls in the studio. If you need to take a call, quietly step outside of the room.
• Keep phone use to emergencies or situations where you truly need to be available.
• Final Savasana is a phone-free space. No texting, calls, scrolling, packing up early, or disruptions during this time.

Final Savasana is an important part of the practice and deserves the same respect as the rest of class. Please allow yourself, and everyone around you, those last few moments of stillness.

Disconnect for a little while. Be present. Your phone will be there when you’re done. 🖤
