Dear patients,
We have exciting changes and important updates.
As you know, we have downsized our clinic considerably since we lost our son in 2022. Dr O and I are ready to scale back even more now.
Our office will be closed until August 11th. After that, we will be open ONLY ON TUESDAYS and ONLY FOR TELEHEALTH appointments. We are moving out of our building on 7/24/25 and we will not have a physical office anymore.
As part of this transition, we will not be accepting any insurance plans; visit charges will be due at the time of service.
Our phone and fax numbers will stay the same. It might take us up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS days to return calls and refill requests since we will be open only one day per week.
As always, please call your pharmacy first for refills.
We are slowly sending out letters explaining this transition. Thank you for your understanding.
It has been a blessing and a privilege to serve you. We love you and we are still here for you all.
