📢 Big News from Dr. Dryer and The Chiropractic Clinic! 📢

We are excited to share some wonderful news with our patients, friends, and community!

Beginning July 1, 2026, Dr. Hope Lockhart, DC, of Hope Chiropractic, will be joining our office and seeing patients right here in Poteau at The Chiropractic Clinic.

Many of you may already know Dr. Lockhart from her practice in Pocola. Over the past year, she has built a wonderful reputation for providing compassionate, personalized chiropractic care and helping many patients throughout LeFlore County and the surrounding communities.

We are truly thrilled to welcome Dr. Lockhart to our clinic. Her addition allows us to continue expanding the care available in our office while giving patients even more options for their health, healing, and wellness.

Along with chiropractic care, Dr. Lockhart will also be offering acupuncture and animal chiropractic care, giving us new ways to care for both our patients and their four-legged family members!

And just to be clear — Dr. Dryer is not retiring or going anywhere. He will continue seeing patients and providing the same trusted care our community has counted on for 28 years. This is simply an exciting new chapter for our clinic and our patients.

We will still be accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and HealthChoice for eligible services.

The Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of a variety of massage techniques—including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods—to support patient care, pain management, and overall wellness. This role requires excellent patient service skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to assess and adapt treatments to meet individual patient needs. Experience in a chiropractic or medical setting is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue, trigger point, and other therapeutic techniques.
Apply strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address musculoskeletal concerns and pain management.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness strategies.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional patient experience.
Stay current with continuing education, industry trends, and best practices in massage therapy.
Requirements

Valid state license in massage therapy.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other pain management techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Previous experience in a chiropractic office, medical spa, or wellness clinic is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care.
