Come in to D&D Pharmacy to nominate your favorite Leflore County teacher! One winner will be randomly selected from the ballot box and will win a goodie basket and a prize for their classroom.
Teacher Appreciation Giveaway – Official Rules & Disclaimer

By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Nominations are open only for individuals who are currently employed as teachers in Leflore County. The pharmacy reserves the sole right to verify eligibility. Any nomination that cannot be verified or does not meet this requirement will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter: To nominate, complete a paper ballot provided by the pharmacy and deposit it in the designated drawing box during the promotion period. Incomplete, illegible, or late ballots will not be considered. Limit one nomination per person. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

3. Prize: One winner will receive a gift basket containing school supplies and an additional classroom prize (approximate retail value to be determined by the pharmacy). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash equivalent.

4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible ballots. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The pharmacy’s decision is final and binding in all matters. The winner will be notified by the contact method provided on the ballot and or by public announcement at the pharmacy’s discretion. Failure to respond or claim the prize within the time specified by the pharmacy will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Release of Liability: By participating, nominators and winners release, discharge, and hold harmless the pharmacy, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, or any other aspect of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.

6. General Conditions: The pharmacy is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected ballots; technical or human errors; or any other factors beyond its reasonable control that may affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway. The pharmacy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its proper conduct, as determined solely by the pharmacy. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the pharmacy to use the winner’s name, likeness, and school affiliation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
