Dylan gets asked quite often what actually happens during the cremation process. A lot of times people have questions about death care and what actually happens and are just afraid to ask. So, we talked him into sitting down and answering a few of your questions.

So here he is to explain the cremation process.

We never get tired of hearing from the families we’ve been blessed to serve and we're so thankful for feedback like this.

Kind reviews mean so much to us but not because we’re looking for praise, but because it lets us know families felt cared for during one of the hardest times in their lives and that’s what matters the most to us.

It’s truly our honor to walk alongside our community and help families through these moments with compassion and honesty. Thank you for trusting us.

Choosing cremation doesn’t mean you have to skip having a service. 💛

You can still have a memorial service, a celebration of life, or even a traditional funeral with a viewing beforehand. Sometimes families choose to use a rental casket for the service and then proceed with cremation afterward.

There’s really no “one size fits all” anymore when it comes to a funeral or memorial service. Cremation still gives families the chance to gather, honor their loved one, share stories, and say goodbye in a meaningful way.

At the end of the day, it’s about what feels right for your family, and we’re always here to help walk you through the options.

We don't get a lot of general visitors outside of those who are saying goodbye to a loved one or preplanning their own service, so a lot of people don't know about the remembrance options that are available now, like these small urns for cremains.

Those are called keepsake urns, and they hold a small portion of a loved one’s cremains. A lot of families choose them when multiple children or family members want something special to remember their person by.

We believe it’s important to talk openly about these things and help people understand their options. Funeral service and cremation shouldn’t feel mysterious or confusing. The more you know, the more peace of mind you have when making decisions for yourself or your family.

If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to answer them and walk you through the process.

Have you ever thought about who would pick out your urn or remembrance items one day? 💛

A lot of people don’t realize you can actually come in ahead of time and choose those things yourself. In this video, Dylan talks about how preplanning gives families peace of mind and lets you make the choices, instead of leaving your loved ones guessing later on.

It doesn’t have to feel scary or overwhelming. Sometimes it’s just sitting down, talking things through, and picking out what feels right for YOU!

If you’ve been thinking about planning ahead, we’re always here to help however we can.
