Throughout the summer, we joined the annual Play Streets events hosted by the Borough of Pottstown Parks and Recreation Dept. We enjoyed spending warm summer nights connecting with local families, sharing information about our services, and learning more about the needs of our community. Thank you to Pottstown Parks & Recreation for another meaningful year of Play Streets. We can't wait for next summer!

On Overdose Awareness Day, Monday, August 31, consider joining Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services to receive free NARCAN (naloxone) with live instruction, plus materials on countywide support services. Honor those lost to fatal overdoses, support grieving family and friends, and educate yourself on overdose prevention.

We’re proud to recognize our dedicated CHDC Community Health Workers (CHWs), Gladys and Bryanna (pictured left to right). As part of the Montgomery County Street Medicine Program, our CHWs provide essential healthcare services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Pottstown and beyond. Founded in January 2021 by Tower Health Medical Group and Access Services, Inc., the program continues to make a meaningful impact through trusted partnerships and dedicated community care.

🧩 Autism evaluations available at CHDC for children ages 18 to 36 months. Through this program, families can access early support when it matters most. You must be a CHDC medical patient with a primary care provider to receive a referral.

✨New at CHDC - Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy! Our Physical Therapist, Dr. Leeat Adlersberg, is now certified as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), helping patients strengthen their pelvic floor, improve core function, and support recovery after childbirth. Pelvic floor PT isn't just for pregnancy and postpartum care. We also help athletes, active adults, post-surgical patients, older adults, and more.
