We offer a variety of specialized health care services across our centers. Whether you need us for a short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay or longer term care, we offer specialized orthopedic rehabilitation, ventilator care, dialysis care, Alzheimer's care and assisted/senior living services depending on your unique needs. We offer our patients and residents outstanding clinical care, delivered by highly skilled practitioners in a warm and comfortable setting.

A Perfect Afternoon: Recap of our Paint & Sip Event! 🌅🐚

We brought the beach right to Pottstown Nursing & Rehab! Our amazing residents, dedicated staff, and wonderful family members gathered together for a relaxing, creative afternoon of community and fun.

Everyone did a fantastic job painting beautiful Seashells and Sunset masterpieces. The room was filled with laughter, storytelling, and creativity as we sipped on delicious, refreshing Margarita Mocktails.

A huge thank you to all the family members who joined us and helped make this event so special. We loved watching everyone connect, share memories of past beach trips, and showcase their inner artists!

🍅 From Bed to Table!

The countdown is officially ON at Pottstown Nursing & Rehab! Following our recent community garden BLT luncheon, our residents have been hard at work tending to our own brand-new raised garden beds. We are watching our vegetables grow every single day and cannot wait for our very first official harvest soon!

A massive thank you to our staff, residents, and community partners for making our outdoor spaces so beautiful, fresh, and full of life ❤️🌱

🐾 Cooper the Frenchie Spread Some Puppy Love Today! 🐾

Our hearts are completely melted! We had a very special guest-resident, Cooper the Frenchie, drop by for some puppy visits.

From snorts and wiggles to endless belly rubs, Cooper brought so much joy and big smiles to everyone he met. It is safe to say he made quite a few new best friends today! ❤️

We had a fantastic 4th of July at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab!✨

Our community came together to celebrate America's Independence Day with plenty of smiles, laughter, and patriotic spirit. We are so grateful for the freedom we enjoy and the wonderful family environment we share here in Pottstown.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making the day so special, and a heartfelt salute to our resident veterans who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom. We hope all of our families and neighbors had a safe and happy holiday! ❤️🤍💙

☀️Smiling faces, fresh flavors, and beautiful spaces!

Our residents at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab enjoyed a delicious BLT luncheon featuring juicy, ripe tomatoes picked fresh from our local community garden. There is truly nothing quite like homegrown flavor!

🕶️Seeing these beautiful veggies has everyone excited—the countdown is officially ON for when we get to harvest our very own vegetables from our new raised beds soon.

🍝🥗 Looking back at an amazing National CNA Week! 🥖✨

We recently celebrated the absolute heart and soul of healthcare- our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants! To show our deep appreciation for everything they do, we treated the team to a delicious staff luncheon featuring a massive spread of Jake's famous spaghetti, fresh salad, and warm breadsticks!

Our CNAs bring compassion, dedication, and smiles to our residents every single day, so showering them with custom CNA gifts was the perfect way to cap off an amazing meal🤩

To our CNA family: thank you for your hard work, your endless patience, and the beautiful care you provided. We love you and appreciate you today and every day!
