We took the winter off and now we are back! Did you slow down and hibernate like a bear? I know I did!

Now, with beautiful weather just around the corner, we are thrilled to be heading back to The Barn! We can’t wait to unroll our mats again, breathe deeply, and move together in this space that creates peace even as you park your car.

Please note that all classes are on Tuesday this year, with a few restorative yoga classes on Friday nights.

Yoga in the Barn Update
Our final session of the season was scheduled for October 30th, but with cold temps and nearly 2 inches of rain in the forecast, we’re cancelling that class.

That means yoga in the barn is officially closed for the Fall and Winter — we’ll roll our mats back out in May!

Thank you all for a wonderful season of practice, peace, and connection. Until then, keep stretching, breathing, and finding stillness wherever you are.

If you’re interested in small group or private sessions, I’m happy to come to your home. 🧘‍♀️

The last barn yoga class of the season will be on Thursday, October 30th.

It’s been such a joy practicing with all of you these past few months! The barn has been a beautiful space for connection and mindfulness, but as the weather cools, we’ll be closing until Spring.

Thank you for bringing your energy, presence, and smiles each week — I can’t wait to see you back on the mat when the barn warms up again!
