Love this handy guide of what a tongue tie might look like. As an SLP certified in oral myofunctional disorders, I assess the structure of the tongue, even what it feels like. But the best test of whether a frenum is too tight is to evaluate FUNCTION. If you have questions about your tongue, feel free to reach out!
