After much thought and gratitude, I have made the decision to retire from family practice and will be closing my clinic at the end of the year.
It has been a privilege to care for you and help guide your health care needs. The trust you have placed in me has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I am truly thankful and appreciative. You have allowed me to fulfill a career that has been so meaningful and one of purpose.
