Sometimes, we can be OUR worst critics.
Rather, let's flip the script on that and begin to talk a little nicer to ourselves - aka - YOU!
It's kinder to be nice to yourself, motivating rather than berating one's self.
When we do this, we make better decisions for how to take care of ourselves, both now, when times are good and when they are less-good.
