Whether you're looking to continue breastfeeding or combo breastfeed/pump, it IS possible to continue your journey after heading back to work, or away from your baby.

✔️ Consistency is essential--keep to a schedule.
✔️ Having the right setup (pump & storage) is important.
✔️ Knowing your rights for pumping at work is essential.
✔️ Plan for hiccups! When they come, don't let them stop you. You've got this!
