Just because I can't stand on 2 feet doesn't mean I can't help!
Well... It does mean I can't do massage right now. 😭
So a couple days before Halloween I fell off a step ladder and fractured my Talus (a VERY important ankle bone) and had to have surgery to fix it. This very important ankle bone requires a minimum of 8 weeks of no weight bearing to heal. Which means I can do Nothing... oh I can get around on crutches but no walking on it for 2 months.
This leaves me in a spot of, well now what do I do?!
This is what I came up with. They are simple, effective and something I can do that doesn't require standing 😅. Thank you all for all the get better wishes and love!!
