At MIND | BODY we offer a moment, a space to disconnect from the outside world, a moment for YOU. We believe true restorative care comes from nourishing the mind, body and soul. She has also received certification for yoga instructing, guided meditation and is currently studying Ayurvedic nutrition. With this background we will take on wellness with a holistic approach.
