**Emory Family Practice | Full-Time Opportunity**
Emory Family Practice is seeking an experienced **Certified or Registered Medical Assistant** to join our team and support physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering quality patient care.
# # # Responsibilities include:
- Escorting patients and preparing them for examinations and procedures
- Recording vital signs
- Performing phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, Holter monitoring, and other clinical procedures
- Assisting with examinations and procedures
- Administering medications and providing patient education
- Handling phone triage, referrals, pre-certifications, and prescription requests
- Contacting patients regarding test results
- Preparing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms
- Following HIPAA, OSHA, corporate compliance, and site-specific policies
# # # Qualifications:
- **CMA or RMA certification required**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of experience in a similar clinical setting preferred
- X-ray certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
