We had a nice little culinary showcase today for the residents 😀 Our wonderful cook gave us a demonstration on how to chop up vegetables and make a delicious homemade ranch dip. So creamy and yummy we went back for seconds. A nice refreshing mid day snack for the summer time😀

The one and only, Barefoot McCoy!! Boy did we love him!! He was so talented! Talk about a one man band.. He did everything, from play the piano, play the guitar, do the harmonica and play a tambourine! We definitely can’t wait to have him back!
