Teen bodies follow natural rhythms that push sleep and wake cycles later than early mornings allow.

Better rest supports focus, mood, and stronger learning throughout the school day.

PLEASE be aware of your surroundings when you travel. NEVER go out by yourself. (Buddy system) When traveling to places that are remote, be sure to know the areas challenges. This sounds like she was caught in a flash flood or mud slide. Sending love & light to her and her family in hopes they find her. 🙏
