Did you know you have built-in stress relief buttons on your body?

Let me show you two of my favorites.

- PC6 (inner wrist): Three fingers down from your wrist crease, in the center. Press firmly and hold. This point calms the mind, eases nausea, and releases chest tension.
- CV17 (chest center): Center of your sternum, level with your heart. Hold gently. This one opens your breathing and brings you back to yourself. Hold either one for 1-2 minutes while breathing slowly.

I use these with clients in sessions and teach them as daily tools. You can do them anywhere -- in the bathroom, in your car, waiting for your coffee to brew.

Your body knows how to calm down and reset. Sometimes it just needs a little help finding the way. πŸ’›

The average cost πŸ’² to replace a mid-level employee is $50,000 to $150,000 when you factor in recruiting, onboarding, and lost productivity.

I'd like to be honest with you for a second. In my 30's, I used to pop ibuprofen like tic-tacs. I had migraines, a twitching eye, heartburn, hives, and a recurring cold like clockwork.

From the outside, I looked like I had it together. Successful job, beautiful family, always showing up.

Inside, I was completely disconnected from myself. I had become a human doing instead of a human being.

If any of that sounds familiar, I feel you. You're not weak. You're not failing.

You're running a very human system at an unsustainable speed. You don't have to wait until something breaks to start paying attention.

The worry or even shame of admitting exhaustion or burnout is often the biggest barrier to addressing it.

Please hear this.....You don't have to have everything fall apart to give yourself permission to recalibrate. To learn boundaries and to put them in place. For You. For your well-being.

Here's something I share with almost every client early on: Your worries don't belong in your head. They belong on paper. I learned this from my coach, and it works every time!

When we keep fears and stress spinning in our minds, they grow bigger than they actually are. They pop up at inconvenient times -- mid-conversation with your kids, during a work meeting, right when you're trying to fall asleep.

Try this: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Write out everything that's causing you stress. Every worry, project, fear, or thing you keep forgetting. Get it all out.

Then look at the list. What do you actually control? What can you let go of? What do you need help with?

You might be surprised how much lighter you feel just from getting it out of your head and onto a page.
