Summer routines can change quickly. Wisconsin Participants and families should prepare for planned absences, schedule changes, and unexpected gaps in support.

A simple backup plan can identify available Direct Care Workers, record essential tasks, and keep important contact information in one place. Review the plan regularly so it continues to reflect the Participant’s choices and current needs.
