We had such a sweet visit from Kasey with Rivercross Hospice, who stopped by Grand Plains to treat our residents to delicious root beer floats! ❤️

The smiles, laughter, and conversations made for such a wonderful afternoon. It’s amazing how something as simple as a root beer float can create such special moments and bring everyone together.

Our residents had a blast at our Wheelchair Car Wash! While we may have hit a few bumps in the road along the way, our team and residents rolled with it, had plenty of laughs, and made some wonderful memories together. 💦🫧

It wasn’t about having everything go perfectly—it was about getting out, enjoying the sunshine, working together, and bringing smiles to our residents’ faces. And by that measure, our Wheelchair Car Wash was an overall success! ❤️

Our amazing CNAs do so much more than provide daily care—they take the time to create meaningful moments with our residents. Today, one of those special moments was as simple as sitting down one-on-one and painting a resident’s fingernails. 💅✨

In the middle of a busy day, taking a few quiet moments to chat, laugh, and pamper a resident can mean the world. It’s these personal touches that help our residents feel seen, valued, and special.
