Dr. Rachel Pickett is the chiropractor at Pickett Family Chiropractic. Dr. Rachel is an Alabama native. She was always interested in health care, but it wasn't until college that she discovered chiropractic. A
fter becoming a chiropractic patient, she saw a dramatic improvement in her allergies and overall health. Upon completion of her Bachelor's degree in Biology, she enrolled in chiropractic school. Dr. Rachel graduated cm laude from Life University in Marietta, GA with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She received hands on chiropractic training in numerous chiropractic techniques. She has taken care of patients of all ages with complaints ranging from back/neck pain to colic to patients with no complaints at all just looking for a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Rachel completed over 180 hours outside of chiropractic school in specialized training from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the area of chiropractic care for pediatric and pregnant patients. This specialized training is part of a certification through the ICPA. Dr. Rachel is certified in the Webster Technique, a technique developed specifically for pregnant patients. Dr. Rachel is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the Alabama State Chiropractic Association and the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce.
