The rotator cuff.
I hear so often people state "Doctor said I tore my rotator" and my question is always "Which one?". Thats when I get that look and the normal response "I dunno...the rotator?"

If this is you, ask your doctor. Knowing what muscle it is and what it does can help you in recovery and explain why it hurts "when I do this"

Have a TENS unit on all day, because you just can't seem to shake that pain? What if you didn't have to use it?

We don't promise a fix. If anyone PROMISES you will feel better, before seeing you....run..QUICKLY!!

Another great client! Bone on bone knees causing her to become reliant on a cane. Which has now rolled into hip pain. Couldn't lift her leg! After a little stretch and release of the hips we we able to "convince" this leg it still worked.

It was a great day!
