After much consideration, Lifestyle Chiropractic in Prescott Valley, Arizona will be permanently closing its doors. Our last day for chiropractic patient care will be May 14.

We are deeply grateful for the support and trust we have received from patients and families throughout Prescott Valley, Prescott, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, and the surrounding Quad City communities. It has been an honor to provide chiropractic care and wellness services to our community over the years.
