I'm teaching at Yavapai college.
Classes start on August 17th.
(NEW) Monday and Wednesday 12:30pm gentle yoga class
Friday 11am gentle yoga class
Friday at 10M strength and balance class
Register through YC.edu remember you have to APPLY as a student first before you can register. If you have any issue call 928 717-7777. They can help walk you trough it is you have an issue.
