📢 IMPORTANT CLINIC UPDATE

Good afternoon, everyone!

Unfortunately, our clinic phones are still not working. We currently have technicians working on the issue as we speak, and we are hopeful that we will be back up and running next week.

Please note the following:

📅 The clinic will be CLOSED tomorrow, September 3, 2026.

❤️ IMPORTANT: If you have an ECHOCARDIOGRAM scheduled for tomorrow, your appointment STILL STANDS! ❤️

Our echocardiogram technician is traveling from Phoenix and does not require internet access to complete the echocardiograms. Please show up for your scheduled echocardiogram appointment tomorrow.

We will also be CLOSED on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

🤞 We are crossing our fingers that everything will be back up and running normally by Tuesday, September 8!

We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful long weekend. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this frustrating situation. We know this has been just as frustrating for all of you as it has been for us, and we are incredibly grateful for the patience and support of all our patients.

📢 Important Update from the Apurva Medical Team

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding over the last few days. We truly appreciate your continued support as we work through ongoing issues with our phone and internet systems.

We are hopeful that our internet service will be restored by the end of this week, and we are continuing to work diligently to get our phone systems back up and running as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please use the patient portal as much as possible for communication, requests, and other needs.
