We are currently seeking a transportation driver to transport our Adult Day Program members to and from our facility. Hours consist of a morning transport starting around 6:45 AM to 9AM and afternoon transport starting at 3: 45 pm to 5:30PM. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a fingerprint background check. Must also be 25 or older for insurance purposes. All training required will be provided to you free of charge. We are looking for support providers for our clients that can perform in a professional and compassionate manner. Many clients require very minimal assistance, However It can be a demanding job depending on the clients needs or requirements. And, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. please note that these tasks/responsibilities are all possible, but not the case with every client.
Responsibilities
Help clients take prescribed medication
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Help clients with physical therapy exercises
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics
Physical endurance

Our Prescott location is seeking Program Assistants focused on delivering the highest quality programming and personal care for each man and woman we serve.

To be successful in this environment having experience working with men and women with developmental disabilities is a plus but not essential.

We have a position at our group home for an awake at night direct care worker, This position is from 10pm to 6am monday through friday days and times could be shifted slightly. This position will entail checking in on the members on arival, maybe some light housekeeping and/or preperation for the members following day, ensuring the members are attended to during the night if they should awake, and getting them up and going in the morning if that day calls for it.
