Happy Nurses Week to our amazing DON, Rebecca 💙

If you know Rebecca, you know she is the heart of our nursing team. No matter how busy the day gets, she is always there. Checking on staff, helping on the floor, answering questions, jumping into situations without hesitation, and making sure everyone feels supported.

She truly takes care of her nurses like a mama bear. She advocates for her team, stands beside them during the hard days, celebrates the good ones, and never asks anyone to do something she wouldn’t do herself. Her door is always open, and her dedication to both our residents and staff never goes unnoticed.

Rebecca, thank you for showing up every single day with compassion, strength, patience, and leadership. Mountain View Manor is so lucky to have you, and our nursing team is stronger because of you. We appreciate you more than words can say! 🩺✨💐

💙 Happy Nurses Week to the incredible nurses at Mountain View Manor! 💙

This week, we celebrate the compassion, strength, patience, and dedication our nurses bring every single day. From early mornings to late nights, you are the heart of our facility and the reason so many of our residents feel safe, cared for, and loved.

To show a small token of our appreciation, we put together these fun little “Nurse Survival Kits” for our amazing team — because we know nursing runs on caffeine, compassion, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart. ☕💊🩺

Thank you for everything you do for our residents, families, and staff. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and we are so grateful to have such an incredible nursing team at Mountain View Manor.
