Our community continues to show incredible kindness and support. We are accepting donations to help provide comfort and essentials during this difficult time.

Items such as clothing, toiletries, blankets, shoes, and other daily necessities are greatly appreciated.

Donations can be dropped off at Granite Creek Rehab:
📍 1045 Scott Dr., Prescott
🕗 Reception hours: 8 AM – 6 PM

Items may also be dropped off at Angels Care Hospice, and they will ensure they are delivered to her.
