Prescott Women's Clinic is an established medical practice specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology with offices in Prescott and Prescott Valley Arizona. The physicians of PWC include 3 Board Certified physicians: Dr. Rick Ohanesian, Dr. Jeffrey Osburn and Dr. Katie Campuzano. Additionally, we have 4 nurse practitioners: AnnMarie Massimo, OGNP, Victoria Cahill, OGNP, Danita Napier, WHNP, and Brit

tany Peña, FNP. All providers are available for patient appointments in both of our offices, giving our patients access to care in both Prescott and Prescott Valley locations. We look forward to delivering the highest level of care and customer service to our patients. Our offices can be reached by calling (928)778-4300 Monday - Friday. Dr. Ohanesian wishes to communicate what a tremendous privilege it has been to provide care for the women and families of the Prescott community, and he is deeply grateful for the trust and relationships built over the years. Dr. Ohanesian gives sincere thanks to his patients for allowing him to be part of their health care journeys.

Dr. Jeffrey Osburn has decided to medically retire from private practice in Arizona. He is relocating to the East Coast for family reasons. While this decision was not made lightly, Dr. Osburn is grateful for the opportunity to have cared for so many wonderful patients during his 24 years at Prescott Women’s Clinic. He sincerely appreciates the confidence his patients have placed in him.

While we will certainly miss both physicians, who have left a fantastic legacy in the Prescott community, we want to reassure you that Women’s Health Arizona is committed to continuing to provide the patients of Prescott Women’s Clinic and the Prescott community with exceptional and compassionate care. Prescott Women’s Clinic will remain open and will continue to provide women's health care services to the Prescott community through qualified Women’s Health Arizona providers.
